Arie Knutson is the Senior Editorial Director, Features & Community for Allrecipes, where she oversees editorial features, social media, influencer marketing, and homepage promotion. She has over a decade of experience in food media, including work with Simply Recipes, The Spruce Eats, The Kitchn, and more. She is a graduate of the International Culinary Center. In addition to editorial strategy and content creation, Arie has worked as a freelance writer, recipe developer, and was once the maître d' at a three-star Michelin restaurant in New York. 

She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and exceptionally fluffy cat, Skye. On the weekends, she moonlights as a fiction writer.
